CHOCOLATE CHIP CUPCAKES 
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

1 egg
Pinch of salt
1 c. chocolate chips (milk chocolate)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar

Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt until smooth. Stir in chips and set aside (for a special treat I use peanut butter chips instead of chocolate chips).

Cake: In another bowl combine dry ingredients. Stir in liquid ingredients until mixture is smooth. Fill paper lined cupcake tins 1/2 full; about 1/4 cup of cupcake mix. Put spoonful of filling in each if any filling is left over divide among the cupcakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 3 dozen. This is very good.
