BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked & cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 lg. pkg. broccoli
Cheddar cheese, 1/2 c. for casserole plus cheese for top
1 stack Ritz crackers
butter

Boil chicken, debone and cube. Cook broccoli according to directions and drain. Mix together chicken, sour cream, soup, broccoli and 1/2 cup cheese. Crush crackers and set aside. Pour mixture into an oblong dish. Top with crackers, grated cheese and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
