BAKED PEARS 
Sugar-cinnamon mixture
1/3 c. honey
Graham crackers
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (16 oz.) cans pear halves

If pear halves are large, increase cream cheese to 2 packages, and increase honey to 1/2 cup.

Crush graham crackers; mix sugar and cinnamon. Mix cream cheese and honey until smooth. Spoon into drained pears. Pour some pear juice over pears. Sprinkle graham crackers and cinnamon over pears. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
