PEACH - NOODLE KUGEL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
3 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 1 2/tbsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
Streusel topping (below)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare noodles as label directs; drain. In large bowl toss hot cooked noodles with butter. in medium bowl beat eggs, sugar, lemon peel, and salt; stir in milk and raisins. Stir egg mixture into noodles and pour into greased baking dish ( 8 x 12 glass).

Bake 30 minutes. Arrange peach slices on top and sprinkle with streusel topping. Return to oven. Bake 15 minutes more. Let stand about 30 minutes for easier cutting. Serve warm. Makes about 10 servings.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

In small saucepan over low heat melt butter. Stir in bread crumbs and cinnamon.
