NOODLE KUGEL (JEWISH SOUL FOOD) 
1 pkg. broad egg noodles
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 c. melted butter
2 large green apples, grated
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
cinnamon

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cook noodles in salted water until just done. Rinse and cool in cold water.

Combine all ingredients, except noodles and cinnamon in large bowl. Stir in noodles. Pour in pan. Top with sprinkle of sugar and cinnamon,

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 hour. Serve warm or cold.
