JEWISH KUGEL 
1 lb. flat noodles, cooked
6 eggs, lightly beaten
3 to 4 apples, peeled and sliced thin
32 oz. cottage cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. golden raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar

Mix cheese, sour cream, eggs, raisins, sugar, vanilla and apples. Add cooked noodles; mix well. Pour batter into one large or two 13 x 9-inch pans. Cover with foil; bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
