PACK-ALONG POTATO SALAD 
4 c. cooked diced potatoes
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained and diced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed completely or 17 oz. can peas, drained
Paprika

Combine first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Gently stir in pimentos and peas. Mix dressing with potato mixture. Refrigerate. Before serving, garnish with paprika.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
