ITALIAN PEAS 
1 (15 oz.) can peas
1 med. onion sliced thin
1 clove garlic minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. Italian Herb Seasoning

In a small saucepan on medium high, put in oil, garlic and onion. Cook onion until transparent. Before adding peas, drain off a small amount of liquid, then add to onions.

Add seasoning as you also put in 1/2 teaspoon ground (coarse) pepper and 1 teaspoon paprika. Cook on low for 20 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese when serving.
