APPLE-CARROT CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked carrots, sliced lengthwise
5 apples, thinly sliced (use tart apples)
6 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Salt to taste
3/4 c. orange juice

Layer apples and carrots in baking dish. Sprinkle with mixture of sugar, flour, salt. Pour orange juice over layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serves 5.
