SHEPHERDS' PIE 
Instant mashed potato puffs
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 c. cooked ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. cooked vegetables (peas, carrots or corn)
2 c. gravy
Shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare potato puffs for 8 servings as directed on package except - stir in parsley flakes; set aside.

In ungreased 3 quart casserole, stir together remaining ingredients. Mound potatoes on meat mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until potatoes brown slightly or when cheese is melted.
