Pie crust for 9 inch pie
2 cans Veg all vegetables
Leftover diced beef or chicken
1 c. gravy
Salt and pepper

Mix together vegetables, meat and gravy pour into pie shell. Top with instant mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
