SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste, diluted with 2 cans milk
1 tbsp. Italian spice
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked
Mashed potatoes, made from potato flakes, prepared to serve 6
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Mix tomato paste, water, spice, salt and mushrooms. Heat to boiling at low heat. Combine meat and sauce in large pot heat through. Add cooked and drained mixed vegetables. Make potatoes. Serve meat on platter with potatoes on top.
