SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
Mashed potatoes
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1 pkg. Velveeta cheese, melted
Pie crust

Brown ground beef with garlic and onion; drain excess juice. In a large pan, layer beef mixture, mashed potatoes, vegetables, and cheese; in that order. Top with pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is golden brown.
