VEGETABLE BEEF PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables (your choice)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 - 1 c. milk
Velveeta cheese
1 pie crust
1/2 - 1 bag shredded potatoes

Brown 1 pound hamburger and onion. In a large bowl, mix soup and milk together, then add vegetables, potatoes, and meat. Pour into large greased glass pie dish. Put Velveeta slices on top. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees, then put pie crust on top. Poke a few holes in the top. Bake until golden brown (10-15 minutes).
