SALMON OR TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. potato chips, crushed
1 (7 oz.) can salmon or tuna
1 sm. can peas, drained
3/4 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
Sprig of parsley

Arrange alternate layers of potato chips, salmon or tuna and peas, starting and ending with chips. Heat milk and soup, pour over layered ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven; garnish with sliced eggs and parsley.
