1 egg
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 env. gravy mix
1 c. water

Combine all ingredients. Form into oblong patties. Brown in skillet. Add envelope of gravy mix and 1 cup water. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
