ORANGE - PINEAPPLE REFRIGERATOR
CAKE
 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
11 oz. can mandarin oranges with juice

Mix all 4 ingredients. Beat 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

FROSTING:

12 oz. Cool Whip
12 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Mix together. Spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle flaked coconut on top. Refrigerate.
