QUICK REFRIGERATOR DOUGH
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/8 c. sugar

Combine these ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until all ingredients are completely mixed.

3/4 c. warm water
1/4 c. dry milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt

Add 2 cups flour; mix thoroughly. Gradually add 1/2 to 1 cup flour until a stiff dough is formed or until dough pulls away from sides of bowl. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead 5-10 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic. Add more flour if necessary.

The dough can be baked into a loaf, rolls or shaped most any way you wish. To make cinnamon rolls, spread the dough with your hands into a 14x9-inch rectangle. Spread melted butter over the top. Next sprinkle with a mixture of 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

Roll up jelly roll style; pinch edges to seal. Cut off in 3/4-inch slices. Put in greased baking pan and let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. You may keep this dough in the refrigerator for 5 days. Spread cinnamon rolls while hot with a glaze of confectioners sugar and water.
