1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Beat egg, stir in milk and oil. Mix in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened. Fill greased muffin cups. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan.
