STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
2 boxes strawberry jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Angel food cake

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add frozen strawberries; stir until strawberries thaw and mix well. Add Cool Whip (save enough to spread on top). Tear angel food cake in little pieces in oblong Pyrex dish and pour jello mixture over it.

(I tear the cake into pieces and toss with the jello mixture before pouring into Pyrex dish.) Spread with Cool Whip and sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Refrigerate.
