COCONUT TARTS 
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
Tart shells

Mix all above ingredients until smooth. Pour into tart shells. Cut up pecans very fine and sprinkle a few pecans on top of mixture. Bake in 300 degree oven for approximately 35 minutes for tarts or 45 minutes for pie.
