BRISKET 
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, minced
1/2 c. A-1 sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water

Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper on meat. Place in covered roaster. Pour on sauce. Turn a couple of times to brown. Cook slowly at 225 degrees for a 7 pound brisket all day. If need more liquid just add water.
