B-B-Q BRISKET 
1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
1/2 bottle of liquid smoke
1 onion, chopped

Brisket - wash. Add ingredients. Refrigerate covered overnight (optional). Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook 40 minutes per pound, or slow cook on 200 degrees overnight.

B-B-Q SAUCE:

3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
Liquid smoke, to taste (approximately 2 tbsp.)

Mix catsup, brown sugar and lemon juice. Add liquid smoke to taste. Heat on stove. Pour over sliced brisket.
