BARBEQUED BRISKET 
5 1/2 to 6 lb. beef brisket
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. vinegar
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. barbeque sauce
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke

Place brisket, sauce, vinegar, smoke and sugar in cooking bag overnight. Bake at 275-300 degrees for 5 hours. Cool and slice. Reserve 1 1/2 cups juice, skim fat.

Place sliced brisket in large pan. Add reserve juice, barbecue sauce and additional, brown sugar. Total of 1 pound brown sugar for complete recipe. Wrap in foil and heat.

(I don't add additional sugar because it's so sweet, but you may like it.)
