BAR-B-QUE BRISKET 
Salt
Pepper
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 1/2 c. catsup

Liberally salt-pepper brisket. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Heat just until sugar melts. Pour 1/3 sauce in bottom of roasting pan. Place brisket on sauce. Pour 1/3 of sauce on top of brisket. Cover and cook in 275 degree oven for 4 1/2 hours. Slice thinly and serve with sauce.
