CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE | |
1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (about 36 cookies) 1/3 c. confectioners' sugar 1/3 c. butter, melted 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 c. (6 oz.) Hershey's semi sweet chocolate chips, melted 2 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 c. cocoa Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine wafer crumbs, confectioners' sugar, cocoa and butter and press into 9" pie plate to form crust. In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk and next the melted chocolate chips. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well. Pour into prepared crust. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set and firm. Cool and stir in refrigerator to chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired and refrigerate leftovers. |
