BREAD ROLLS 
4 c. water
6 eggs, well beaten
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
1/4 c. salt
2 pkgs. quick rise yeast
1 1/2 c. sugar
About 12 c. flour (more if needed)

Melt butter in warm water (quite warm). Put in large bowl. Add sugar, salt, beaten eggs. Mix in about 4 cups of flour, add yeast. Add more flour, a little at a time, until you can't mix with spoon anymore. Keep adding flour until it feels elastic. oil a bowl and coat dough ball; cover and let rise in warm place until doubled. Punch down and let rise again. Make little balls, place in greased pans, let rise again. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Butter tops while warm.
