BEEF ROLL MOZZARELLA 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion salt or powder
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
6 oz. shredded Mozzarella
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce with bits
Water

Combine meat, salt, pepper, onion, egg and bread crumbs. Drain mushrooms and add enough water to make 1/2 cup and add to meat mixture.

On wax paper, make 14 x 10 rectangle. Spread cheese on top leaving 1/2 in border.

Roll (short end) place seam side down in 13 x 9 inch pan. Pour 1/2 tomato sauce over meat and cook 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Mix remaining sauce and mushrooms. Pour over meat and cook 10 minutes more.
