8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. horseradish
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch garlic salt
3 pkg. corn beef or ham or turkey (thin slices)

Spread cheese mixture on thin slices of meat. Roll. Set in freezer for a while then cut in small pieces. Stick with toothpicks and serve.
