CRAB BRUNCH PIE 
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. chives, chopped
1 c. Alaskan King crab
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
10 drops Tabasco
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cooked chopped broccoli, drained (fresh broccoli good)

Sift flour, baking powder, salt; cut in butter; add milk and chives. Pat into 9 1/2 inch pie plate. Drain crab. Mix eggs, celery, onion, cheese, Tabasco and mayonnaise with crab. Put broccoli in bottom of pie shell. Season with salt. Spoon crab mix on top. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown at 375 degrees.
