SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper, optional
1 can (10.5) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pinch (each) of Accent, oregano and pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. uncooked rice

Brown the sausage; drain off fat. Add celery, onion, and green pepper. Stir in all the remaining ingredients and put in a baking dish. Put in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes, stirring once in a while.

Add 1 cup soft bread cubes mixed with 2 tablespoons melted butter over the top and bake uncovered 20 minutes longer.
