PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 baked or graham cracker pie shell
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4-6 oz. Cool Whip

Mix sugar and peanut butter to form crumbs. Set aside 3-4 tablespoons of crumbs. Pat remaining crumbs into pie shell. Mix instant pudding according to package directions, but use a little less milk. When firm, pour into pie shell, covering the peanut butter crumbs. Top with Cool Whip and remaining crumbs. Chill well.
