LAYERED SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 c. chopped celery
4 eggs, cooked
1 (10 oz.) frozen peas, uncooked
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
8 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
1 can crab or shrimp
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Dash paprika

Tear lettuce in bite-size pieces and put in a 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Layer the rest of ingredients on top. Take mayonnaise with sugar and mix; spread on top. Put grated cheese on top of that.
