CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 1/2 c. raw cranberries or 1 bag
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. box raspberry or strawberry Jello (I use black cherry)
1 c. hot water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 whole grated orange (peel & all), grind with cranberries
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix cranberries and sugar; let set. Mix Jello and water. Add crushed pineapple, berry and orange mixture and pecans to Jello and refrigerate overnight.
