CREAM CHEESE PECAN PIE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/3 c. sugar 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 1 (10 inch) unbaked pastry shell 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans 3 eggs 1 c. dark syrup 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring Combine cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg, vanilla, and salt; blend until smooth and creamy. Spread in pastry shell; sprinkle with pecans. Combine remaining ingredients; beat until well blended. Pour over cream cheese mixture and pecans. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 35 minutes or until center is firm to touch. |
