CREAM CHEESE PECAN PIE 
CHEESE LAYERS:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
1 3/4 c. pecan halves

PECAN SYRUP LAYER:

3 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. light corn syrup

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl with electric mixer at medium, combine cheese layer ingredients. Pour into crust. Cover with pecans.

In medium bowl with electric mixer at medium, combine syrup layer ingredients. Pour over pecans. Bake 35-40 minutes until filling is firm. Makes 10 servings.
