PUMPKIN CAKE FROSTING | |
1/2 c. butter 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. flaked coconut 2 c. powdered 4XX sugar In a medium size bowl, after sifting powdered sugar, mix all ingredients together. Spread over each layer of cake and sides if preferred. For bundt cake, spread over entire cake. |
