PUMPKIN CAKE AND CREAM CHEESE
FROSTING
 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder

Sift together above ingredients and set aside.

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin

Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time. Add pumpkin and mix. Add dry ingredients. Bake in tube pan that has been greased and floured. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
