PICNIC FRIED CHICKEN 
2 c. crushed potato chips
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. melted butter
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. cut up chicken (fryer or breast)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

1. Mix flour, chip and paprika.

2. Dip chicken in butter and roll in mixture.

3. Lay pieces skin side down on greased dish.

4. Sprinkle with crumbs.

5. Bake at 375 degrees until done, about 1 hour.
