CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
Meat of medium size chicken
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. sharp cheese, coarsely grated
1 med. onion
2 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Spaghetti noodles

Boil chicken in enough water to cover. Season with salt and pepper. Remove cooked chicken from bone. Saute onions and garlic in butter. Add mushrooms. Then add chicken, cheese and soup. Simmer 10 minutes. Set aside. Cook noodles in remaining chicken broth. Drain. Pour chicken and sauce over noodles. 8 servings.
