HOT TUNA SANDWICHES 
2 c. tuna, drained
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green onions, sliced
1 c. Swiss or Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 sm. loaf French bread, 12 in. long
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. pimento, chopped and drained
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together all ingredients except bread. Cut in half lengthwise 1 small loaf of French bread. Scoop out center of bread. Fill each half with the tuna mixture. Microwave on high for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes until heated. Cut into 6 to 8 sections.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
