BUTTER BRICKLE CHIP OATMEAL
BROWNIES
 
2 sticks butter
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. uncooked oats
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butter brickle bits

Beat butter until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugars. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Stir in oats and half of chocolate chips. Spread in ungreased 13 x 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips and package of butter brickle bits. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool, cut into bars.
