1 c. milk
1/2 c. chocolate ice cream
3 tbsp. Irish mocha mint coffee

Combine milk and coffee. Mix in blender until dissolved. Add ice cream and blend until smooth. Garnish with mint sprigs. Makes 1 1/2 to 2 cups.
