OATMEAL PUDDING COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts

Mix together flour and baking soda. Cream butter, sugars and pudding mix in a large bowl. Beat in eggs. Add flour mixture. Stir in oats, raisins and nuts. (Batter will be stiff.) Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
