SESAME CHICKEN 
Chicken, cut up or deboned
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. instant minced garlic
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper

Place chicken in a plastic bag. Combine other ingredients and pour over chicken; close bag tightly. Place in shallow pan in the refrigerator. Marinate 12 hours. Turn occasionally. Remove chicken from bag and place on grill, bone side down. Grill 1 hour. Baste with marinade and turn every 15 minutes. Use low coals; deboned chicken doesn't take as long to cook.
