OVEN FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices bread (cubed)
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese (cubed)
1 dozen eggs (combine with 2 c. milk)
1 c. maple syrup

Layer bread cubes and cream cheese. Pour egg mixture and maple syrup over the mixture and bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Add maple syrup over each portion if desired.
