OVEN BAKED FRENCH TOAST 
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. raw honey
1/2 tsp. (or more) cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
1/8 tsp. salt
6 slices bread

Melt the butter and honey in 9 x 13 inch pan; mix well. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Beat eggs, juice, and salt together. Soak the bread slices in the egg mixture but don't let bread become so wet it falls apart. Arrange the bread on top of the honey mixture. Bake about 20 minutes at 400 degrees until set. Invert toast when serving. Serve with honey or syrup.
