BAKED PINEAPPLE 
30 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

In small bowl, combine sugar, flour and pineapple juice. Spray a casserole dish with Pam and add pineapple bits and cheese. Add sugar mixture to pineapple and mix well. Mix together the butter and cracker crumbs and spread over pineapple mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
