1 c. water
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. strawberry jello
3 tbsp. cornstarch
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 pie shell, cooked
sliced strawberries, 1 ptsp.

Combine in a boiler the water, sugar, jello and cornstarch and cook until thick. Pour into cooled pie shell and let cool. Then add sliced strawberries, pressing into jello mix and top with Cool Whip and chill.
