SUMMER COBBLER | |
1 stick (or 1/2 c.) butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder Dash salt 3/4 c. milk 29 oz. can peaches or 2 (16 oz.) cans (1 peaches + 1 pears, drained) In 9"x9" pan, melt butter. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk in bowl. Pour batter into buttered pan and stir. Place drained fruit into center of batter. Baked at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is brown. |
